Need ideas for a video game tournament?
I am conducting a charity video game tournament, and I need some ideas for what games to play. The tournament is divided into two categories: 1) games where the highest score/best time wins (examples: excitebike, duck hunt, tetris, etc). 2) Elimination tournament games (examples: goldeneye, halo, street fighter 2, etc.)
Anyways, the games need to be short enough to have many people play (games like RBI Baseball just take too long for a tournament) and need to have a clear scoring system or win/loss system (for example, there is no easy way for two people to compete at The Legend of Zelda).
I’d appreciate your suggestions.
