Nintendo DS Lite Repair Help?
I need to send my product for repair to Nintendo, but I do not know where and how much it will cost, the problem is that I didn’t charge it and it has gone dead, so please can you tell me any solutions and can you tell me where to send it and how much. Also, I am not under any warranty, so I know it will cost alot, please tell me the price in GB Pounds

Not too long ago while out for the day, someone tried to grab my daughters DS from her, where instead it fell to the ground and cracked. I called Nintendo and explained what happened. They mailed me an envelope, which I put the DS in and sent to them. With in no time flat we had a replacement DS. FREE! We had no warranty, and it cost nothing!!!! I will ALWAYS do business with Nintendo. They have a customer for life!
